Indoor curling is an evolution of the original sport of Curling, adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, like a sports hall instead of on ice. The robust, rubber Curling stones run on bearings making the game accessible to everyone. It's great fun!
Curling began as a sporting idea for disabled people but immediately become popular with all people of all ages. Importantly, disabled people can play with or against able-bodied people on an equal level without adaptations.
The Group meets at Millennium House at 11.15am to 12.15pm every Monday
